I had a normal VEP also...and it took several years after that before I was dxd.

Patience is the main word when symptoms begin appearing...it's a combination of McDonald criteria and MRIs, I guess...my lumbar puncture was also normal.

Keep a symptom journal with dates, and remember to list your questions so you don't forget them in the doc's office.

And get on with living...I know how frustrating and fearful it is not knowing what is causing all of this. But as we all probably did, spending hours googling it and not going on with living is not something I wish to remember on my death bed. I still obsess about it all, but because it is interfering with normal duties at times, which can be scary as time passes.

Keep us up to date, please!! We all are a great support system and have lots of info from the patient's perspective, and most of us have been on a long journey to diagnosis. Plus, we're a nosy bunch
