Those symptoms certainly must be troubling.
Its good that you are seeing a neuro. The best thing that I can offer is to make sure that you share your family history as well as all of your symptoms with that doc. That will give your medical team a better idea of where to go once you get the MRI results back. That is just one of many test that you may have to get done. MS is often diagnosed through a process of elimination. Hang in there and please do let us know what your results are.
