So sorry to hear of your "new" diagnosis, KL... I can sympathize with you since I've been dealing with both along with arthritis for many years. By the way, I've found Aleve works the best for me in taking the edge off some of the pain, but as you know, we're all different.

You aren't by any chance on Avonex, are you? That's when mine reared it's ugly head years ago. Whether or not there was a connection, I don't know, but that's when it appeared.

My thoughts are with you for some relief...
