I had palpatations many years ago. They Stopped as soon as I cut out caffinated drinks. Anxiety also caused palpatations for me a few years back and Buspar stopped those.

Remember, Chocolate has high caffiene.. For some reason, Chocolate never bothered me....thank the Lord, because I oldn't live without chocolate.
