I get those same sensations. I've got a tremor in my hands but don't notice it unless I'm doing something tedious like squeezing toothpaste onto my toothbrush. Or holding a full cup of coffee......

I'd definitely keep all these symptoms you're having in a symptom log so you can discuss with your Neuro when you go in for your appointment.

These kind of symptoms used to trouble me, too, but they've become so commonplace for me now I don't fret about it.

Your doctor will appreciate that you're keeping track of what's happening.
