Thanks for the recipe, poochie!

I think I will try it when the occasion arises, so to speak, but I will have to substitute for the splenda as I cannot tolerate artificial sweeteners. Stevia works better for me, but I will probably have to use a smaller dosage.

Here is another remedy I initially found on the internet that has worked for me in the past. It is a mix of:

1 cup applesauce
1 cup unprocessed wheat bran
3/4 cup prune juice.

Take one tablespoon daily and drink lots of water.
