Yo! Finally got caught up on this thread!
Okay this is what we are going to do........ Get some of the 4th of July speckled Marshmellow Peeps. Now don't eat them! Yuck! Cindy knows lots of ways to destroy them! I think I will put mine on the top of some sparklers. Light the sparklers and see if I can roast the little buggers that way. What will you do to with your marshmellow Peeps? Come on...it will make you feel better.

I think I'll send a peep-o-gram tied on a balloon and see where it lands. Might make for interesting science.

Did I tell you all that a while back I got a PEEP box from a couple of "friends"?? It was filled w/all kinds of Peep paraphenalia. I about fell outta my chair laughing so hard. I won't tell you who did it, but one of them is posting on this thread... *subliminal message* It was .... (ahem) AMN. But ya didn't hear it here. Too funny...... Uh, Taffy??? No peeps for you. *in my soup nazi voice*

Ahhhhhh, a new day. I think I'll go out a squash some, red, white and blue peeps..
 TeeHee.Tomorrow is the 4TH and my Schwan Guy is coming. I'm getting some boneless barbeque ribs, to celebrate. My Hubby and I used to do ribs and baked taters on the fourth and then sit on the patio to watch fireworks. We could actually see them from there. My DD and Grands will most likely be at their poolside tomorrow with hotdogs a burgers and, most likely, company. Not meeee!! I'm outta the heat. I still like Holidays, although I don't celebrate them as much as I used too. Mostly because I'm a lazy butt.  Are any of you celebrating? If you have Kids, I guess you can't avoid it, huh? WoooooooHoooooooo!!

Cheryl: I hope your doctor's apt. went okay.
Taffy: Can you make Smores with Peeps?? Not that I would ever think of eating a Peep. No, not me! Actually, I would eat almost anything if it had sugar on it and in it. Sally: Enjoy your meal. We're going to a potluck at some friend's house, but will come home to watch fireworks from our deck. That's what I want to do, sit in the dark and watch the display over the trees. Have a great 4th, everyone!

I didn't get to see the doc today. I did the MSFC testing - oh joy! Pegs, walking, and the PSAT. And then went for the MRI. They had trouble getting the IV started for the GAD, but at least the tech only tries once and then gets the IV nurse. She had trouble but got it.
I see the doc on Thursday. Taffy -- peeps tomorrow???

Whatcha doin tomorrow Cheryl??? Do you just have to hang around and wait till Thurs? Sending positive thoughts your way!!!
The 4th used to be a big deal for us, but now w/the kids' out on their own... it's just another day. We are leaving w/the RV tomorrow and will be back Sun... so it'll be nice to just rest and read books.... woohoo.. Have a safe 4th all.....  (I know it's a dancing chili, but it does kind of look like a lil firecracker, eh?????

I wanna know what kind of Peep stuff you got DM? Please? Az....Peeps burn very well! RW....Shoot the Peep the next time you see it. AMN....What are you doing on the 4th? FG...sorry you have to spend such a long time in Portland. Oh...they poked you with needles, didn't they. Mean, mean, people.....
