My old doc went cash only, no insurance. A mere $140 or more, cash only to walk in the door. Medicare pays docs almost nothing in this state. Jumping down off soapbox, Oops I hate when I catch the floor with my face.

Lmao, call me whatever you want!

Someone else I know just got informed by her neuro that he was going cash only! No insurance accepted whatsoever. What's that all about? It seems like it's a way of saying that they're finished with MS patients or something.

Well, Beth, the way I see it, nothing will be wrong with at least making the new neuro aware of this. Aug. 1 is coming right up, so you can decide what's best. I'm just afraid of losing my vision again, twice was enough and I was very blessed to get it back.

For the record, I NEVER call my neuro and tell her what I think it is, I only tell her about the symptoms. I'm not the doctor.
