Wisest Elder Ever
|
Hi there Joan...
The MS doctors try to get their MS patients to a value of 100. But as with all medical things, this may change, so be alert to that. For nonMS folks 50 is considered the new goal. My doctor wanted me at 70, but I never made that milestone. I use 5000 IU D3 daily. Except for summer when I get tanned up. Last summer I didn't get out much, so I took the 5000 the whole year 2015.
