Kitty, so you are taking just under 200mg NT? I'm taking 135mg of NT or NP Thyroid which is SO MUCH like the original armour I started with in 2002. NP is now considered the generic for Armour and much less $$$ and they produce it in GA. Armour has gone up in price so much since the company changed owners and they changed the formulation over the years and I didn't like it. I chew my NT or NP.

I felt best at 80 on the Vit D I remember that time and then the hip job and it dropped 40 pts so I've been working my way up over the years since surgery. I know the surgery took a lot out of me and created more pain overall.

How are you doing and feeling MS-wise?

K2 is supposedly important for best D3 absorption. I take both.

I need to get new labs on a couple things in the spring as I didn't do labs last year at my annual.
