Was it a chalazion on your eyelid? I had one of those that the doc HAD to invert the eye lid and cut out. Easier process than I imagined actually. Hopefully yours will drain on its own!

Sounds like you had quite the adventure! I wish I had your doctor - last year I made the unfortunate mistake of LOOKING at the flu shot and seeing how big the needle was. It totally freaked me out. So now I never want to have another one and I'd REALLY need to be sweet-talked to get one.

But glad you did! And glad you had a "girls day out" too!

Yes that's it, pantos. I knew it sounded like a fancy nut of somekind. I hope the eye drops help, 'cuz I sure don't want to do the other thingy,,EWWWWWW!!

It's always nice to get out with DD....she usualy has me laughing my head off at myself before the trip is over. I caught my purse on the go lever of my scooter, while exiting it, getting into car, after Doc's and DD had to pull the key out, because I was going down, man.. . Then, I couldn't move, I was laughing so hard.

I just got up from a nap and don' t feel so purty good. I think I may go back to bed. I'm glad to be home.

Thanks, Beth..

Speaking of Home, how is everything going at home for you.? The last time I heard, your Family was in a bit of an uproar. I hope things have settled down. You sure don't need the stress.

What do you hear from the Ole Boy in CO?

Sally
Thanks for asking. Things here are pretty calm (knock wood) here for the last 2 weeks. I on the other hand, amfighting alot of strangely numbed areas in the hands and feet. Going to keep an eye on it, and rest as much as I can.

I'm having trouble sleeping again. Feeling like I should be doing something constructive with my days. But what? Dad says just relax and no stress allowed. He always can put things in such simple perspective for me.

The Indians lost the AL Pennant, so I will have to cheer for my other hometown team The Rockies. The xb has finally stopped emailing me daily. Talked to him on the phone yesterday, and he really seems to get how bad things were for me out there. I think we can be friends one day.

We had over 2 inches of soaking rain in the last 24 hours. And finally some fall-like temps. Maybe the leaves will start changing before they fall.

Hope your eye is feeling better today.
