I'm not so sure this time, Sal. There has been that huge, ongoing wave
of disapproval toward that jury. It's hardly possible to miss it and I think the LV crowd may just be a little more enlighted than the previous jury. Add to that, the post-trial civil suit spoke pretty loudly for justice. I honestly believe that this is more of a do-over than anything else and frankly, it was an armed robbery and a felony. I hope they get him for parking tickets too! One other big difference nowadays is that the general population is a little more accustomed to the science of DNA, etc. and I predict that the new jury may never discuss it openly, but that truth will be somewhere in the back of every mind during deliberation. Oh! ![]() Better get to work on letters to the D.A., I can't sit by and let that happen!!!!
