Hi Erin Belated welcome to our little corner of the world.

I too am a crochet fiend (when the hands allow) mostly I daydream about crocheting. I also wish for sci-fi tech to help us out. I did the whole shooting shebang thingie several times and in my book it's not worth the pain and anxiety.

Hope you are feeling better and you are successfully completing your shawl.

As the others have said. Stop trying to be normal and don't worry if people seem put off by you not keeping up. You are the best person to know and respect your limitations. The sooner you accept them and yourself the sooner the guilt will disappear.

Sorry if that sounded like a lecture. I think it was meant for me to hear/see too. I look forward to hearing more about you and hope you will join in the craziness.
