It's lemon juice and zest, unsalted butter, eggs, sugar, and kosher salt. Kind of like pudding, but not as creamy. Extremely yummy. Come on over Sal! and taste for yourself.

Lemon curd and gingerbread! Yummy...Lemon curd on toast, english muffin, bagel. Lemon curd and just about anything or even all by itself.

Hmm, now I am hungry for lemon curd. I just might have to make some!

No, not a dart has been thrown since I got here. I carry them in my purse, in case I'm end up somewhere with a dart board.

I still don't have a car, and that sucks. I'm not one to just walk in a bar alone, looking for a dart board. It has been on my to do list this month, but I'm running out of days.

Thanks FG for making me hungry.... There's a rice cake staring me down, but I'm gonna opt for oatmeal w/raisens. No fair!!!

Hey Bappy~ I know how to play JARTS, but they won't fit in my purse!!!

I made a peach cobbler over the weekend....no lemons so I didn't make any lemon curd...

Now I am hungry...hmmmm, that doesn't happen very often. I hear a bowl of cereal calling me!!
