I never put that together, but yes, I've been having some wild dreams lately...not always good ones. Of course, we know I have issues LOL!!

I take a 0.25 of xanax at night as well. I wonder if the mix is causing this. I spoke to the MD who said its a "common" complaint about Zanaflex. He will change me if I desire. I see him on the 6th.

my dreams are INTENSE and very real. like freaky real! i am very involved in my dreaming process and even when I am aware that I am dreaming, it doesnt make it less intesne.

nice to know Im not alone.

I had terrible nightmares from Zanaflex! I had to stop taking it every night, and only take it on the nights when I am having severe spasms. I was told that Zanaflex can cause "sleep disturbances". Good luck, I hope you find something that helps you.
