I called the neuro office today to see if I was to bring in the films or a CD of the MRI which I had never heard of. The nurse said that the doctor had told her to telll me that the MRI was stable and that one of the lesions had even shrunk. My response to that was that I had never known I had more than one lesion!!!!! She sort of went, oops I'm sorry. I told her that I'm not concerned because I'm doing fine and will discuss the issue with her at my appointment on the 28th. What I am concerned with is that she had never told me I had an increase in lesions at some point in the last 11 years. I do remember at one of my latest appt's she discussing with me that she was wondering whether I did have MS since I had only one lesion for so long and MS means multiple. So she has some explaining to do.
