I never called the dr, because it seemed to have peaked already, cause I felt better Friday night than Thursday. The blurriness was gone and so were the flashes, etc. The pain is barely noticeable and I can move my eyes with out so much pain too. Maybe the steroids held off a real bad attack of ON?

My docs are like yours JoeMac, they don't seem to think I should have any problems with my eyes. But I don't know how you guys cope. If this is a taste, I don't want any eye problems.

I will call Monday for a referral to a neuro-optho. Should I try to get in sooner than later? I mean, if the symptoms are gone, will everything look just fine?

I'm just getting so tired of dr visits. I still have to see the dentist and my gyn, you know. And then Friday my eyes were so uncomfortable I left work early. I just hate to miss all that work time. My boss is great about it though. Never questions me about it. I guess I just feel a little guilty about how much time its taking to take care of myself. Weird, huh?

Catch, if it's at all possible, try to get an appointment to see a neuro-ophthalmologist! (And Erin is asking about what type of steroids because oral steroids alone are actually NOT recommended for ON.)
