Frank, I did water aerobics through both pregnancies and absolutely LOVED it! You really don't overheat in the water, like you do on the land. I could not tolerate the "land" aerobics...if I got prescribed water therapy I know I'd be jumping for joy!
Another benefit of water aerobics/therapy is that there are no mirrors in front of you! And if you can't do an exercise too well, no one else knows (accept maybe your immediate neighbors!) Good luck! |
