OK, that's it I must be crazy.

I've never heard of this description of pain, so i googled "chill bumps pain" and found a posting by someone saying something similar. Coincidentally, it's written by a "julie" too, several years ago, and the answer was that is it is likely a symptom of some kind of "peripheral nerve disease".
