I certainly wouldn't wait until THEY called me, I would be calling them! Dull needles can cause all sorts of problems...starting with the medication not getting where it belongs!! And infection.

I was never impressed with SS during the short period of time I was on Copax...I know they do the best they can, but I'd be on the phone with them finding out what the problem is! I bet you two aren't the only ones with problems!
