Love it! I use it sparingly, usually when I have a full day where I want to last as long as possible.
Rumor has it, if you take it every day for any length of time, it loses its punch. I haven't used it for more than few days in a row at any time. There is finally a generic out there now, it may be an option to look for with your pharmacy.

I take it almost every day, between 200-400mg depending on how long my day is going to be.
I agree with Cindy, after a while it loses its punch with some people. It does still work for me and I have been on it for about 4 years. About the only time I don't take it is on weekends...or if I don't have any clients or work scheduled for the day.

I use it very sparingly - started out with 100 mg - it does give you a little extra - but more then 50 - at the most 100 mg - and my legs can't keep up with the rest of me - so I suppose it comes down to how much fatigue you have with MS and what your individual day consists of - if I was working I'd take it - I'm retired - I don't need to keep going all day - I can take a nap or sit if I'm tired and it is very expensive !! Had an rx filled in November and still have quite a bit left -
