thanks for the warm welcome you guys, the relapse is gradually easing although slower than i liked, (its been very hot here recently and i am also getting over a chest infection too, both of which have slowed ne down a but but i hope to get back to work this weekend if all goes well.
I am glad i have found this site, i am a great believer of peer support, who else can fully understand what Ms really is and does than anaother person with MS

Hi Karen: I am also a newbie here. You are going to love this group. When I joined I had no idea what it was going to be. They are a great group that has helped me in more ways than they know. The support is great. It is informative but most of all some of the posts just gets your mind off your health problems and makes you laugh and feel like you are having fun with a whole lot of good people.
