They have implanted neuro stimulators that can be placed in your back to confuse the pain signals. They have medication pumps to deliver meds directly into your spine, so it by passes your guts, and get right to work. You would really benefit from a nice soak in a warm bath. Is your family able to operate a hoyer lift? Its a sling you sit in, and then it transfers you to the tub by a swinging arm. Or can put you in bed. Most Hospital pools are very warm, and have such lifts. I would ask for PT at the hospital and go enjoy what the warm water does for relaxing your muscles.

I am sorry you lost your car. I lost mine last year. It really was hard to let it go. I got a cheap POS for now. It will serve its purpose till I figure out what to do.

Please seek out help that specializes in YOUR conditions. not just an MS MD.

I hope you feel better.
