That really sucks Junie. I'd be pretty ticked off too.

i'm sorry you're feeling so poorly. and the weather doesn't help.
high humidty and heat just drain the energy out of you.

does a fan work at all? you could also spray yourself with some H2O while the fan is going.

i hope you feel better with time. maybe 1 1/2 more mos and the weather will cool off.

Sorry you are not feeling well, even with the A/C working!!! That is what saves me when it is so hot and humid out.

I hope this is just temporary and that soon you willl be back to feeling up and about.

I was hoping to report, feeling better, today, andI do, a little. The weather is nicer and that helps a lot, but as soon as I get accustomed to it, it will go back to yucky.

I guess I win the Miss Negativity award today..
Maybe, I'm just getting old and cranky.

Oh Boy, Vic, that really does sucketh. Not a good week for you either, huh? First your scooter then your A/C. Whatever you do, don't ask.."What's Next"..

And, Junie, wow, that takes the cake. How cruel and selfish of your Sis to to that...sheesh..

Thanks for all your well wishes and I hope the rest of Yas is feeling better.

I think I know what's wrong with me, besides all that other Carp, I have joined the sinus infection crowd..

At least, I know that, I will get better in awhile.....better than being down in the dumps for nothing..

How are you all doing, this TGIF?

AWWW~~ My pool pal Sal and Jappy and Vic and Junie, barb, Judy and Jim and RW and everyone else suffering from pain or the heat. Wiz is right, Illinois hasn't been too bad yet, but heard the weather report, and our heat and humidity is here now.

Yest was a pre-empt of what's to come, as it rained, got hot and humid, rained got humid and repeated that a couple more times before the day was out. I can't tolerate the rapid changes. It's looking to storm again now and some people are still not back into their homes. FEMA has been in the area knocking on doors, so at least that's something. The flood has not touched us, but our poor state is in dire need of help.

I never thought I'd cuss the weather after the horrid winter we had, but if the cussing thread was handy, I'd be there sayng a few under my breath after yest.

Hope you all start to feel better really soon. Keeping everyone in my prayers and sending hugs.

I'm sooooooo sorry Sally......but I'm right there with you!!! It's just plain frustrating, we all wait for winter to be over and then the heat and humidity show up to make us feel miserable!!!! And yes, even with central A/C it still hurts!!! Yesterday was great here in PA "weather-wise" but today summer is back. YUCK!!!

Take care and hang in there...........
