Sally, I'm sorry you are feeling so crummy these days. Back and forth and back and forth can get very tiresome. It's been almost a 100 degrees here every day and it just sucks the life out of you. I'm a big fan of gruyere cheese melted on toasted bread.

Polar, I understand the vampire thing! I feel like I am trapped in the house all day -- but then at night when it cools down some I can leave and/or my energy level picks up. I am feeling best between 9 pm and 2 or 3 am. Struggling with awful insomnia but drowsy and drained during the day.
