quick update..

i think my body is starting to adjust to the 3.0mg dose as i have been starting to fall asleep at my normal time again. i started out at 3.0mg... so if this keeps going like this i think ill try to bump it up to 4.0mg or 4.5mg starting in Jan.. at least i know what to expect now..

oh and my dreams have been quite wild and vivid.. but i kind of enjoy them.
