Sarah,
I'm so sorry you're having such pain!   When I have pain from spasticity I take Baclofen but it's an everyday treatment for long term. I also take an antidepressant that helps with some pain. I haven't had to take a nerve pain medicine yet. Maybe try some Advil or something like that to get you through until this passes? Feel better soon Sweetie!
