Sorry you are having pain after the procedures but considering all the trauma your body just went through, it might be expected.

You might want to call the Rebif support people and ask them, but if it were me, I would go with your regularly scheduled shot - tomorrow. When I was on Beta, I was told never try to make up shots, it's less stressful to skip than to stress over making up.
