Default Sinus Infection Question

So, I'm right in thinking that MS is making this sinus infection more difficult for me to get over, right?

I went last Thursday morning and got a shot....I could barely walk, my legs felt so heavy and weak. I slept the rest of the day and felt a little better when I got up. Now it's Sunday, and I still feel like doing nothing but laying around. Of course, I am sleeping even LESS than normal b/c I'm taking a decongestant 2xday, so even when I need to be sleeping, I can't sleep. (I think the last 2 nights, I've finally turned the light off around 5 a.m., only to get back up around 7 or 8!

Anyway, I'm also still coughing some. Thankfully, the cough medicine I got has helped w/that, but my chest hurts when I breathe in....like breathing in extremely cold winter air for a long time. Anyone have an idea as to whether that should concern me or not? Can a sinus infection turn into pneumonia? Can it turn so quickly? Am I just being paranoid b/c out of all the other crap I've dealt with since being dx'ed almost 3 years ago, this is the first sinus infection I've had?

Plus, my eye is still wonky. Ack, I'm falling apart....just call me Humpty.

TIA!
