Jeez ya Hoofed Creature! Just reading the list of docs and opinions got me riled up heah! No wonder they call it practicing medicine!
Whatever the outcome of all this is, I hope for your peace of mind and body, that it calms down for the trip! Get that spine doc to give you some meds to get you through even if you aren't on the schedule 'til after the trip! Drugs are GOOD, especially when traveling, even better when you actually have a prescription for them...
