YES! Without fail, orange juice = cankers for me.

Oh yeah, the burning mouth is getting better too. I honestly wonder if it was Leuko (big long word) induced by smoking. I was smoking A LOT. Like, a lot is an understatement, and I had high stress/anxiety with the whole limbo to diagnosis.... definitely not out of the question, that is for sure.

I don't know if this 'journey' would have been as easy without Clonazepam. I honestly think that's played a big part in the 'success'. Speaking of Clonazepam though, I only took .5mg yesterday (I did go up to .75mg for a couple days) and slept very very well .

Dej, my experience with Vitamin C tablets, unfortunately.. was my tongue flaring up like heck (geographic tongue) which can be painful as well. So I eat lots of vitamin C in other stuff that's lower in acid
