Yup, your response just outta do it.
Well, the funniest part about that response is that I actually used it one time, without even realizing what I was saying.

I had been paralyzed, numb, etc. with a Transverse Myelitis (spinal lesion) attack for a few months, and of course two of the symptoms were bowel and bladder incontinence. I was a few weeks into recovery when someone asked "how are you doing?", and I responded very excitedly with that answer. The look on her face . . . I knew I was onto something.
