I have heard good things about the Swank Diet:

I have been changing the way I eat as well, but it isn't happening overnight. What changed my mind and caused me to go through my cupboards and rid of alot of food is a book that was written by Jillian Michaels called "Master Your Matabolism". It's an awesome book that I would recommend to all of you. She talks about all the crap in our food and how it affects your health. It really is worth reading. I know alot of you have those readers, so you can download it too. Really, you will go through your cupboards after reading this.
