cheryl,
it should be the same as when i had my lower back injected. i didn't think he used dye. and, i've had an LP and they didn't say anything about dye then either. and it was all done under fluoroscopy. i had to stop my meds too. and they didn't want me to take aspirin or even my multivits to lessen any chance of extra bleeding. vit e also off limits. can't remember the rationale tho. i hope this helps with your pain. will be awaiting your report.
