Yes, you best get yourself to PT. I am going to make sure you do. I don't want Miss Twiffy to have to suffer like I am. If you don't do your exercises, what happens? Do it get worse, stay the same, or freeze up again? I am just learning all about this. I am totally overwhelmed. Sort of like when you first learn you have MS.


Shappy has been sending me all sorts of good stuff...information. Scary as hell. But good information!

How the heck did I get this is what I am trying to figure out! LOL!

Oh well...forward and be positive! That's the key right now!
