LOL, sorry, I meant Dr. Bihari, he is in New York, but he does phone consults. I don't know if he's back to work yet or not. The appts are really expensive ($450) but he is the expert, and you get as much time as you need to discuss with him, if that is important to you. There is another physician who does phone consults for cheaper. PM me if you want info.
