Thanks all for your posts. The reject on HyCi is really not a big deal. I kind of expected it. It is also not a cure; I do think it is a move in the right direction.
To answer a few questions - I was rejected b/c I am a smoker and have scar tissue on my lungs. Hopkins stated they were looking for very, very healthy people. Bottom line, no health issues. I have been on tysabri since Dxed almost one year ago. I am sever MS, hence Ty was used as 1st line of treatment. I am in some kind of attack now, but I think it is due to being off tysabri for a couple months during a neuro transition. On a positive note - I am very pleased with my new neuro. I go to a large clinic that has tons of Clinical Research Studies. His name is mentioned in sereval of the new drug studies world wide. So, I think may I have the best or one of the best out there.
