...and an EKG, and a physical.
So back into the ticker machine (MRI) I go! This time, she's requesting focus on the brain stem. She's very curious about what's going on there. Basically, they're trying to rule out everything to pinpoint my headaches/pain back to MS. The EKG because sometimes headache can be linked to heart abnormalities, and heart problems exist in both sides of my family. Apparently the wait for an MRI isn't too long at the moment either, so woot! She showed me my MRI slides... on the computer today. I can't believe my neurologist was holding back on them. They weren't surprising or disturbing to me. I was actually very interested to see what my brain looks like!
