I used to use amitriptyline - 50 mgs. And it worked great for nerve pain, but did NOT touch spasms. And It would knock me out normally, but not if I was having insomnia. Go figure.

I do not at this time have any pain meds rx'd by any of my docs - gee, thanks guys!

But I will say tequilla helps the back spasms - just a margie or two and I feel much better. Hey, you do what ya gotta do...

it's 5:30 in the afternoon i did get to nap for a whole hour and a half while DD took a nap. I still have not managed to do the dishes and i woke up with the shakes.

I actually contemplated following Marc's lead and starting an insomnia video blog, it's kind of funny as my coordination worsens with each passing hour.
