Default Good morning I am still awake!!

It's 3:30 in the morning and I am still awake!!!

So my back started spasming around 11. Percocet not working.

Plus I have been having this weird insomnia thing for the last few months...it's kind of driving me batty.

Anyone suggest anything for not sleeping?

Last neuro gave me ambien which worked great but he took me off of it after 5 days and put me on amitryptoline? Which started as 10mg, then 20, then 25 and I was up to 50mg when I decided it wasn't working and stopped taking it.

I swear there is an invisible leprechaun plunging a sword into my spine.
