I'm back. We are going to do one day of steroids per month for 4 months then I will follow up with him at that time. If it is working we will continue. At my appt this morning he did say that he thinks it's safe to say that I have moved to spms.

He is also starting me on elavil we are hoping for two things here. Help with the depression and help with pain. If it doesn't work after a month he will switch me to something else. This is just a start.

I do my first iv roids next wednesday morning.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions.
