Hey Barb. Be sure and take the muscle relaxer and the pain killer at the same time. It is like a cycle. Your muscles tense because you hurt and vice versa.

Back pain is the worst, I sympathize. I do a quick routine every day to stretch my spine and muscles.

Thanks for the advice. Of course, I took the pain killer this morning and the muscle relaxant a few hours ago. I had taken a baclofen this morning so I needed to wait to take the soma.
