I have/had burning sensation in my head, and I find that Cesamet helps that for me, but you're on the right path of medications they'll try for this type of sensation.
I second the notion that the doctor's wrong on this one and MS can definitely cause burning sensation, anywhere in the body.

Hello, and Welcome! It's nice to have another April around.
![]() I have to agree with the others. This is most definitely an MS symptom. Get yourself a new neuro!! Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of drugs for things like this, so neurontin may bring you the most relief. Definitely talk to a real MS specialist about this. I lurked at MSWorld for awhile. This place is much better, although I don't post very often.
