I have/had burning sensation in my head, and I find that Cesamet helps that for me, but you're on the right path of medications they'll try for this type of sensation.

I second the notion that the doctor's wrong on this one and MS can definitely cause burning sensation, anywhere in the body.

Thnak you guys I think I need to find a new Neuro that actually specializes in MS. I have had so many strange things happen that there are no answers to it get so annoying.

Hello, and Welcome! It's nice to have another April around.

I have to agree with the others. This is most definitely an MS symptom. Get yourself a new neuro!! Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of drugs for things like this, so neurontin may bring you the most relief. Definitely talk to a real MS specialist about this.

I lurked at MSWorld for awhile. This place is much better, although I don't post very often.
