Default Not weak..

Hey all..not sure what is happening..now I'm not as weak and don't feel like I should be wasting peoples time. Should I expect myself to be 100%? Should I worry about being weak for my appointment or is it not going to matter? I was dead weak 2 days ago now I'm strong..so confusing..
