I am so new to all this I have no clue what to expect. I tried to run a bit the other night for the first time since I was diagnosed and I had to walk. I could not get air in my lungs and that was an experience I have never had. I was gasping for air 3 minutes into my run.

Think positive thoughts and perhaps we will both get back out pounding the pavement.
