Default MG Questions

I am a 55 year old male, was diagnosed with MG in 2008, new to the site and have questions.
I have IVIG every 5 weeks, taking prednisone, Cellcept and mestinon
• I have begun falling recently. I will be walking, suddenly aware that I will fall and then fall.
• Body temperature issues I cannot regulate my body temperature. I am either hot and sweating or cold.
• Restlessness/ cannot sleep I am tired, until I go to bed and then cannot sleep (heart pounding and brain racing until I am completely exhausted. Sometimes I am awake all night
Anyone out there have similar experiences?
Thanks
