I used the wrong language in my 1st post in this thread. I used the word "generic".
I'd like to change that to 'complicated and vast'. I'm going to read more but this stuff is so complicated I may never understand. Anyway, I used the word generic in the sense that the words had no specific meaning. They don't, because I just don't have a good understanding of what this stuff means. I'll keep trying and thanks for the links. I'll start by trying to understand 'some of it'. |

I just got the test kit from 23 and me in the mail. I ordered one for me daughter too. I hope I have not passed on any autoimmune genetic markers to her. I guess it is better to know now so we can do some lifestyle changes and maybe vitamin supplements. She has already been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and low D. Sounds more like her mother every day. I will let you know how the test results go.
