Please be aware of the fact that both prednisone and cellcept can cause high cholesterol levels. Cellcept directly and prednisone both directly and indirectly; last because it can cause you to eat more and more fatty stuff. This you can have a little influence on (though it can be hard, I know!) but the direct effect you can't.

So please be aware not to get into this crazy pill spiral I was forced in a little while ago: cellcept/prednisone -> side effects -> pills for side effects known to effect MG -> forced to take even more prednisone -> more side effect pills -> etcetera....

I'm not saying the statins will give you problems, but, please be aware it is a possibility.
