Hello! I am new here, hope you are all doing well today. I have previously been dx's with lyme, diabetes 2, trigeminal neuralgia. I have been having problems with dizziness, foggy memory, headaches and pain overall. I also have trouble swallowing food at times.

My neurologist ordered new tests, I still have some lyme bands and past and present Epstein Barr Virus. But I also saw on the paraneoplastic panel two things that look bad. It was abnormal for Striational Muscle and also the calcium channel N-Type was high.

I think I may have Myastenia Gravis and/or Lems. Possible cancer? Has anyone else had those two come up in the test, I see the doctor tomorrow and am pretty scared.

Thank you!
