Default Striated Muscle AB

Hi All,

I just recently spent a week at Mayo trying to figure out some mystery health issues. After numerous blood tests and evaluations I tested positive 1:480 for Striated Muscle ABs. The neurologist who ordered the test was unavailable to explain further and my internist was uncomfortable interpreting the test himself. Every other test was negative.

So I guess my question is can you have MG with positive tests for only the Striated Abs?
